The SRM Service Adviser (Applications development Consultant) facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Business ByDesign SRM product, to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. SAP SRM Business ByDesign is an integrated 'on-demand' solution geared to mid-market enterprises. Position Responsibilities

• Driving the Go-Live phase activities of the SAP Business ByDesign
• Project Implementation Methodology
• Support the selling of solutions and services
• Coach customer project teams on fine-tuning configuration parameters and business process adaptation
• Support of off-shore activities including data migration, interfaces, form and UI adaptations
• Upload of customer's data and help resolve issues
• Coach/advise on integration/acceptance testing (process and tool)
• Coach/advise cutover process
• Application specific expert consulting
• Escalation support

Position Requirements

• 3-7 years prior experience
• At least 2 full cycle SRM software implementations for mid-market clients
• Candidate must reside in a major metropolitan area

Job Description

Oracle 11i Configuration Application will support and lead new and existing customers in the implementation of Oracle software products in global organizations, providing consulting services as individual contributors, team members and leaders. Using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) your areas of expertise include implementation planning, fit/gap analysis, implementation design and configuration, testing, training and support; defining the client's operational and strategic objectives and measuring the results are critical to client satisfaction and reference ability.

These positions require 100% travel to customer sites Monday - Thursday/Friday client pays for all business travel expenses related to client projects. Easy access to a major airport is preferred.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of science in a related field (CS, Engineering, IS, Supply Chain)
• Prefer consulting and implementation experience with a configuration software solution such as Oracle Configurator, SAP, Seibel.
• Business or industry experience with a configurable manufacturing solution.
• Experience with rules based engines such as pricing.

AS/400 System Administrator

Senior Developer - C++

• The AS/400 Administrator is responsible for administering the IBM iSeries and AS/400 environments with a focus on IBM System Journaling
• Lakeview MIMIX Data Replication
• AS/400 Security and IBM Backup Recovery and Media Services (BRMS) systems
• Monitor, analyze and repair MIMIX exceptions in the IBM iSeries Highly Available (HA) environments and Production I-595
• Perform MIMIX switching from Production systems to an HA systems as needed on a production basis and on a disaster recovery testing basis
• Manage OS/400 and i5/OS daily and weekly backups including the operating systems, application and data libraries on all Logical Partitions (LPAR)'(tm)s using IBM BRMS Software
• Review and install the latest software releases from IBM and 3rd party vendors as needed or requested, working with application teams to test any system modifications in test LPAR'(tm)s before implementation into production
• Configure multiple LPAR'(tm)s and allocate resources on IBM iSeries environments
• Perform upgrades on an OS/400 and i5/OS operating systems upon request
• Perform system restores upon request or as required
• Install various 3rd party software and patches
• This position will require on call duties to maintain 24/7/365 systems availability
• 6 years experience in AS/400 or iSeries administration
• Knowledge of Lakeview MIMIX HA1 data replication product
• Strong Knowledge of OS/400 and i5/OS security and setup
• Ability to manage multiple LPAR'(tm)s on an IBM iSeries System, such as an I-595 using a Hardware

• Experience with how to configure an AS/400 on a LAN using TCP/IP
• Experience with the I-Series Navigator client
• Knowledge of how to FTP files across LPAR'(tm)s and other standalone systems
• Knowledge and experience of how to tune OS/400 and i5/OS for maximal throughput
• Experience with coding in Control Language (CL) programming language
• Knowledge of how to configure an LPAR and resources in OS/400 and i5/OS environments
• Experience with how to setup local and remote journaling
• Knowledge of how to define printers and other devices in OS/400 and i5/OS environments
• Functional knowledge of the hardware system configurations for large IBM iSeries and AS/400 machines
